Macro Magic Photography
Macro photography is simply amazing. Being able to take a snapshot of something as beautiful as a flower, butterfly, or animal is very satisfying until you discover macro images. Getting very close to an object can be daunting, especially if the subject can sting or bite you. But if you're patient, you can capture some truly interesting images.
Every year I go to the North Carolina Arboretum, to get new ideas for flowers, plants, or bushes and turn right around and plant those beauties around the house. Each year, I'm able to take more and more macro pictures because of all the new plants growing close by. It sure beats having to drive somewhere to take a new macro photo!
