Birds of a Feather

I just love taking photos of birds, especially when I get a good shot of a hummingbird.  Hummers hang out here in the mountains, provided there's sugar water around, and really don't mind how closely you sit next to them while they eat.  As long as you don't bother their meal, they seem to enjoy being photographed.

My favorite type of bird is the pelican - simply amazing to watch dive bomb for food.  Bird feeders are a great way to capture several birds at any given time, which you'll see in the very last photo in this section.  See if you can find all 6 birds!
